How fast can I get a Los Angeles bid back?
It depends on the size of the plans and what you need. Send us the project and we quote you the hours before anything starts. If the bid date is tight, tell us that first, because it changes what we recommend. Call (330) 633-7300 and we will tell you straight whether we can hit your date.
Do you handle prevailing wage work in Los Angeles?
Yes. Public jobs in California run through the Department of Industrial Relations, contractors have to be registered, and certified payroll follows the job. Those wage rates are set by craft and by county, so a Los Angeles County job carries a different labor number than the same scope in Fresno. That gets built in from the first line, not patched in after you win.
Do you know California codes?
Yes. Title 24 reaches into almost every mechanical and electrical scope in this state. On the electrical side, the Contractors State License Board splits the trades into their own classifications, and GCs read your bid as a reflection of your license. We price California work with those rules already in it.
Will another Los Angeles contractor see my estimate?
